He's a loving father of 2 boys & husband to a beautiful life.
Jakes passion for mens health, mental health & progressing into the best version of himself is how The Walk came about.
With years in the construction industry under his belt Jake has grown to see and hear people from all walks of life's struggles, pain & journeys. He has now decided to do something about it and help other's as best he can while also healing himself.
